To make this 2 cups sorghum flour, 1 cup warm water, 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional), 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil (for frying).
In a mixing bowl, combine sorghum flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead into a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a flat disc using your hands or a rolling pin, ensuring it’s about ¼ inch thick.
Heat a tawa (griddle) over medium heat. Place the rolled dough onto the tawa, and cook until golden brown.
