Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Clean mushrooms, remove stems, and finely chop stems.
Saute garlic and chopped stems in oil until moisture evaporates, let cool.
Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne into the cooled mixture.
Stuff mushroom caps generously and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes until hot, then serve and enjoy!
