Soak finely grated potatoes in cold water for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix gram flour, whole wheat flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt. Add water to form a smooth batter.

Drain the potatoes and combine them with the batter.

Heat 1 tbsp of Nutralite Garlic & Oregano Spread in a nonstick pan.

Spread a thin layer of the potato-onion mixture and cook, flipping until crisp.

Serve hot with Dhaniya Pudina Chutney, Tomato Chutney, or Masala Chai for a delicious breakfast.
