Tofu, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, coconut milk, red pepper flakes, cashews, fresh herbs.
Start by pressing your tofu to remove excess moisture. This helps it get crispy.
Once pressed, cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the tofu cubes until golden and crispy on all sides.
In the same pan, sauté garlic, then add soy sauce, coconut milk, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the crispy tofu back into the pan. Toss well until each cube is coated in the flavorful sauce.
Top with cashews and fresh herbs, then serve hot.
