Lingkan Reang
Marinate chicken with salt and pepper, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Soak Kasuri methi in water.
Bring marinated chicken to room temperature, mix in garlic, ginger, lemon juice, cashew paste, and cream.
Melt butter and heat ghee in a pan, add cardamom and chicken, cooking for 10 minutes while basting with butter.
Stir in cream and cook until gravy thickens, add soaked methi leaves.
Let sit covered for 10 minutes before serving.
