1 cup Ragi flour, 1/2 cup Rice flour, 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp Black pepper, 1/4 tsp Hing (asafoetida), Salt to taste, Water (to make batter), Oil for frying.
Mix 1 cup ragi flour, rice flour, cumin, pepper, hing, and salt in a bowl. Add water slowly and stir to form a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa on medium flame and drizzle a little oil.
Pour a ladle of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion.
Cook until the edges turn crispy and the surface looks cooked. Flip to cook both sides.
Serve the hot ragi dosa with chutney or sambar for a delicious snack.
