Mix dry ingredients, melt butter, then stir in vanilla, honey, sugar, and egg.
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture, chill dough for 1.5 hours to firm up.
Freeze Nutella into discs for 1 hour on parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F and grease 2 trays.
Shape dough into rounds, stuff with Nutella, press in chocolate chips.
Bake for 12-13 minutes, cool on trays, then transfer to rack. Enjoy!
