With soft dough, a sweet cinnamon filling, and a delicious glaze, these rolls are a perfect comfort food!
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour - 1 cup milk - ¼ cup sugar - 2 ¼ tsp yeast - ¼ cup butter - 1 egg - 1 tsp salt
Warm the milk and mix with yeast, sugar, butter, and egg. Slowly add flour and salt, forming a dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough, spread softened butter, and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over it.
Roll up the dough tightly, slice into pieces, and arrange them in a greased baking dish
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes until golden.
Drizzle cream cheese or vanilla icing over the warm rolls for that perfect finishing touch!
