Pumpkin, ghee, sugar, milk, cardamom powder, chopped nuts.
Grate the bottle gourd (Pethe) finely.
Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated bottle gourd and sauté for 5 minutes.
Pour in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally.
Once thickened, add sugar and cardamom powder. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Serve warm and enjoy the creamy, sweet Pethe Ka Halwa.
