Flour, sugar, salt, butter, egg, apricots.
Start by slicing the apricots in half and removing the pits. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together 1 egg, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add a pinch of salt.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the crust is golden and the apricots are tender.
Serve warm or chilled, and enjoy your homemade French Apricot Tart.
