Add Ingredients- 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 cups milk, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp sugar (optional).
Take a bowl, mix the flour, milk, eggs, and melted butter together until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick skillet, grease lightly, pour in batter, swirl to spread, cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, and repeat with the remaining batter.
Take a saucepan, simmer blueberries and sugar over medium heat, stirring until they soften and release their juice into a sauce.
Place the crepes on a plate, spoon the blueberry sauce into the center, and fold the crepes.
Garnish with extra blueberries or a sprinkle of powdered sugar for a touch of sweetness. Serve the crepes!
