Chicken kebabs are a flavourful dish made by marinating tender chicken pieces with spices and grilling or frying them to perfection.
Add 500gm chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Kasuri Methi, Salt, Black Pepper, Oil or Ghee.
Cook with oil or ghee, and garnish with sliced onions, fresh coriander or mint, and serve with lemon wedges for a perfect finish.
Mix yogurt, spices, and herbs, coat the chicken, add oil or ghee, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight for tender, flavourful kebabs.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil or ghee to the marinade for extra moisture and richness.
Grill or bake the marinated chicken for 12-15 minutes, or shallow fry for 6-8 minutes per side until it turns golden brown.
Serve the hot kebabs garnished with onions, and mint, alongside naan, paratha, raita, and lemon wedges for a complete feast.
