Oreo cookies, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk.
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
Gently dip the Oreos into milk for 1-2 seconds. They should be moist but not soggy.
Start by spreading a layer of whipped cream in a baking dish. Add soaked Oreos, followed by more whipped cream.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
