Preheat the oven to 175°C. Combine the ingredients and mix well. Gently fold in the caramel popcorn.
Pour the batter into the pan, top with popcorn, bake for 50-60 minutes, then turn off the oven and allow the bread to cool.
Serve the bread with crunchy caramel popcorn, drizzle with caramel sauce or add chopped nuts for extra flavour.
