Fresh ravioli, butter, fresh sage leaves, garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, salt & pepper.
Boil the ravioli in salted water until they float to the top—about 4-5 minutes. Then, drain and set aside.
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and fresh sage leaves. Let it cook until fragrant and the butter starts to brown.
Gently toss the cooked ravioli in the brown butter sauce, making sure each piece is coated with that delicious, fragrant butter.
Serve your ravioli with a sprinkle of Parmesan and a few extra sage leaves for garnish. Enjoy the flavors of Italy.
