In a bowl, whisk 1 cup flour, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 1/2 cups milk, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp melted butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.
Allow the batter to rest for about 15-30 minutes to get a smooth consistency.
Lightly grease a non-stick skillet or crepe pan and heat it over medium-low heat.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift.
For the filling, melt 1/2 cup of chocolate and mix with 1/2 cup of whipped cream, or use Nutella for a quick option.
Spread the filling on each crepe, fold, and serve with extra melted chocolate, whipped cream, or powdered sugar on top.
