– Thick slices of bread – Eggs – Butter – Cheese slices – Mayonnaise and condensed milk – Salt, Sugar and pepper – – Egg Drop Sauce: Mix mayonnaise and condensed milk in a 2:1 ratio. You can add Sriracha or red chili sauce to make it spicy . – Optional: Chicken, ham, bacon, or veggies

Ingredients You’ll Need

Butter both sides of thick bread slices and toast until golden brown.

Toast The Bread

Combine eggs, milk, salt, and sugar in a bowl and beat well. Heat some butter in a pan and add the eggs. Stir gently over low heat to make soft and scrambled eggs.

Prepare The Eggs

Add oil to the same pan and fry the ham, bacon, veggie or chicken slices until crispy.
