You will need a Fresh blueberries, flour, oats, sugar, spices, dairy, eggs, oil, vanilla, lemon.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture forms a coarse crumble.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cardamom, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter, forks.
In a small bowl, whisk oil, milk, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, lemon zest, and juice.
Fold wet ingredients gently into the flour mixture. It will be thick.
Spread 2/3 of the batter into the pan and sprinkle 1 cup of blueberries on top.
Pour the streusel evenly on top. Bake for 55-70 minutes, until golden and set in the middle.
Cool on a wire rack for 20-30 minutes before slicing. After that serve your perfect blueberry coffee cake and enjoy.
