– 2 boiled and mashed potatoes – 1 cup boiled mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans) – 1/2 cup bread crumbs – 2 tbsp cornflour (mixed with water for slurry) – 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tsp turmeric powder – 1 tsp red chili powder, garam masala – Salt to taste – Oil for frying
In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, boiled vegetables, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Combine well.
Take small portions of the mixture, shape them into round or oval cutlets, and set aside.
Dip each cutlet into the cornflour slurry, then coat it with bread crumbs.
Shallow or deep-fry until golden brown.
Serve your veg cutlets with green chutney or ketchup for a flavorful snack.
