How To Make Perfect Shakarpara At Home

Firstly, in a mixer jar take ½ cup sugar and 2 tbsp rava. Grind to a fine powder.

In a large bowl, take 2 cup maida, ½ tsp salt and powdered sugar. Mix well.

Add Flour

Heat ¼ cup ghee and heat it well.

Pour the ghee over the flour and mix well.

Crumble and mix making sure the flour is moist.

Now add water slowly and start to knead the dough. Just bring the flour together, do not over-knead.

Further, roll it slightly thick like paratha. Cut in a square shape, size of your choice.

Deep fry in medium hot oil, Stir occasionally keeping the flame on medium.

Deep-Fry

Fry till the sweet shankarpara turns golden and crisp.

Fry Until Golden Brown
