– 2 cups milk – 3 tbsp custard powder (vanilla flavor) – 4 tbsp sugar – 1 cup mixed fruits (apple, banana, grapes, pomegranate, etc.)
Dissolve custard powder in 1/4 cup of milk to make a smooth paste.
Boil the remaining milk in a saucepan. Add sugar and the custard paste while stirring continuously. Cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and let the custard cool completely at room temperature.
Chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces and gently mix them into the cooled custard.
Refrigerate for an hour and serve chilled for the best flavor.
