In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, melted butter, and almond extract until smooth.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
Grease a doughnut pan and fill each mold about 3/4 full with the batter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let them cool slightly.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and a few drops of almond extract for the glaze. Dip the doughnuts and top with chopped almonds
Serve your almond doughnuts with coffee or tea for a perfect treat. Soft, sweet, and nutty.
