Kritika Handa
Combine boiled, mashed potatoes, peas, onion, green chilies, ginger, and spices in a bowl.
Add cornflour to the potato mixture and mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into round patties (tikkis).
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat for shallow frying the tikkis until golden brown.
Fry the tikkis until crispy and golden brown on both sides, then drain on paper towels.
Toast burger buns, then spread mayonnaise or green chutney before adding lettuce, tikki, and sliced vegetables.
Close the burger with the top bun and enjoy your delicious homemade Mc Aloo Tikki!
