– 2 ripe guavas (chopped) – 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves – 2-3 green chilies (adjust to taste) – 1 tsp cumin seeds – 1 small piece of ginger – 1 tsp sugar (optional) – Juice of 1 lemon – Salt to taste
Wash and chop the guavas. Remove the seeds if you prefer a smoother chutney.
In a blender, add guavas, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
Blend until smooth. Add a little water if needed to achieve your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust the salt or lemon juice. Serve fresh with snacks, parathas, or as a side with your meals.
For an extra kick, add a pinch of black salt or roasted cumin powder while blending!
