You’ll need– 4 Papads,1 Onion, 2 Tomatoes, 1 Green Chili, Spices:Turmeric, Red Chili, Garam Masala, Fresh Coriander, Oil & Salt to taste.
Break the papads into bite-sized pieces and lightly roast them in oil or over flame until crispy.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, green chili, garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala. Stir well to combine, and let the spices cook for a minute.
Now, add the roasted papads to the pan, mix gently with the base, and let them soak in the flavors for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice!
