Start with Fresh, Plump Green Peas. First, peel the peas, then rinse them.
Add besan (chickpea flour) and rice flour to make the fritters crispy. Season well with salt, turmeric, and pepper. Mix it.
Roll the batter into small balls or patties. Fry the fritters on medium heat until golden and crispy.
Cook until both sides are golden brown.
Remove the fritters and drain them on paper towels or place them on a wooden platter to keep them crisp and oil-free.
