You’ll need: Noodles, mixed veggies (carrot, beans, cabbage), garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, and some spring onions for garnish.
Boil your noodles in water with a pinch of salt. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat oil and stir-fry garlic, ginger, and mixed veggies until they’re soft and fragrant.
Add water to the pan, followed by soy sauce, vinegar, and chili sauce. Let it simmer to create a flavorful broth.
Add your boiled noodles to the pan and mix well, ensuring every noodle is coated in the savory broth.
Garnish with spring onions and a dash of chili sauce. Serve hot and enjoy.
