– 3 cups shredded sweetened coconut – ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 pinch of salt – Chocolate kisses
Combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl until well mixed.
Scoop tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until edges turn golden. Allow cookies to cool slightly.
Gently press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie while still warm. Let cool completely to set.
