How To Make Amritsari Style Paneer Tika

Ingredients

To make this 250g Paneer (cubed),1/2 cup Yogurt,1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste,1 tbsp Lemon juice,1 tsp Red chilli powder,1 tsp Garam masala,1/2 tsp Turmeric,1 tbsp Kasuri methi, Salt to taste

Coat the paneer cubes with the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour to absorb the flavors.

Making Marinade

Skewer the marinated paneer cubes and preheat your grill or tandoor.

Preparing For Grilling

Grill the paneer for 10-12 minutes, basting with butter or oil until golden and slightly charred.

Grilling Paneer

Garnish with fresh coriander, onions, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Garnish The Paneer Tikka

Serve hot with green chutney and naan or rice. Enjoy your Amritsari Paneer Tikka.
