Ingredients needed – 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup sugar, ½ cup unsalted butter, 1 cup yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, 1 egg, ½ cup milk, 1 cup colorful tutti frutti.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
Whisk butter and sugar until creamy. Add yogurt and vanilla essence. Mix well.
Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Add milk for a smooth consistency. Fold in the tutti frutti
Pour the batter into a greased pan. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool. Dust with powdered sugar and add extra tutti frutti for a festive touch.
