You can choose to view less adult content by heading to the reels section on Instagram, tap on three dots and then click manage content preferences.
Now tap on sensitive content and select Less to see less sensitive content.
There's another way you can directly block such content by hiding reels with specific words.
You need to tap on the "specific words and phrases" option in manage content preferences.
Then tap to "Add multiple items separated by commas" and add specific words like 18+ or adult, which will ban reels with such words.

The last way is to tell Instagram that you aren't interested in such content.
To do this, open any reel, tap on three dots and click on 'Not Interested'. After doing this, multiple times for such content, the Instagram algorithm will stop showing such reels.
