- 2 cups all-purpose flour - 1 tbsp sugar - 1 tsp yeast - ½ tsp salt - ¾ cup warm water - 1 tbsp vegetable oil - For filling: Brown sugar, chopped nuts, cinnamon
Mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and warm water. Knead until smooth. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Combine brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon in a bowl for the delicious filling.
Take a small piece of dough, flatten it, and add filling. Seal the edges, forming a ball.
Heat oil in a pan. Flatten each dough ball, cook until golden brown on both sides.
