Homemade White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake 

Prepare Oven 

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

Prepare Crust 

Combine crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a springform pan.

Mix

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and melted white chocolate.

Mix Raspberries.

Gently fold in raspberries into the batter.

Add Batter

Pour filling into the crust and smooth the top.

Bake

Bake for 50-60 minutes, until set. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

Serve

Serve the slice in a small plate with a fork.
