Saute spring onion and peas in oil, then add tomato ketchup, salt, and pepper.
Mix in mashed potatoes, let it cool, and divide into equal portions.
Stuff each portion with a small cheese piece, shaping into balls.
Dip the balls in a cornflour slurry, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with ketchup.
