Lingkan Reang
Peel and cube mangoes, then blend into a smooth puree without water.
Soak gelatin in ¼ cup water for 10 minutes, then melt it on low heat.
Heat sugar and ½ cup water until dissolved.
Mix in gelatin, mango puree, and lemon juice.
Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours.
Demold and serve the mango jelly.
