Bread slices, ghee, sugar, water, cardamom powder, chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds).
Shallow fry bread slices in ghee until crispy and golden.
Boil sugar and water until sticky, then add cardamom powder.
Boil milk until thick, add thandai powder, sugar, saffron, and mix well.
Dip fried bread in sugar syrup, place on a plate, and pour chilled Thandai Rabdi over it.

Garnish with chopped nuts, rose petals, and serve chilled for a royal Holi treat.
