Zucchinis, pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and basil, olive oil and your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, veggies, etc.).
Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the middle to create boat shapes.
Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce on each zucchini boat.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and dd your favorite pizza toppings.
1. Top with pepperoni slices.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
