– Beetroot: 1 medium-sized – Carrots: 2 medium-sized – Ginger: 1-inch piece – Lemon juice: 1 tsp – Honey: 1 tsp (optional) – Water: ½ cup
– Wash beetroot, carrots, and ginger thoroughly. – Peel and chop them into small pieces for easy blending.
