Mix whole wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt. Knead until smooth, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Finely chop your favorite veggies like cabbage, carrots, onions, and capsicum for the filling.
Heat oil, add garlic and ginger, then sauté the vegetables until lightly cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each one into thin circular sheets.
Place a spoonful of sautéed veggies in the center of each sheet and fold the edges to seal the momos.
Steam the momos in a steamer for about 10-12 minutes until the dough becomes soft and translucent.
Serve your healthy wheat momos with spicy chutney or a dipping sauce of your choice.
