Graham cracker crust, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, whipped cream, lemon zest, vanilla extract, gelatin.
In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with a little warm water and let it dissolve. Stir until smooth.
Add vanilla extract, and stir until creamy and well-blended.
Add the dissolved gelatin into the creamy base and mix thoroughly.
Smooth it out evenly for a perfect pie layer.
Let it set in the fridge until firm.
