Blend green peas, garlic, onion, ginger, coriander leaves, and water into a paste.
In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, green pea paste, fennel powder, sesame seeds, carom seeds, salt, and spices.
Add water to make a smooth batter.
Heat a skillet, pour batter, and spread into a round shape like dosa.
Cook the chilla on both sides, adding oil as needed.
Serve hot with dhaniya pudina chutney or your favorite chutney.
