Blend chickpeas, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, and spices in a food processor until smooth.
Shape the mixture into burger patties. Don't worry if they're not perfect – they’ll taste amazing.
Pan-fry the patties in olive oil until golden brown on both sides. About 3-4 minutes per side.
Assemble your falafel burger! Toasted buns, lettuce, tomatoes, and your crispy falafel patties.
