Healthy Delights: Make Dry Fruits Ladoo For Diwali

Roast almonds cashews, and pistachios in 1 tsp ghee, set aside.

Roast raisins and 6 dried figs in the same pan, and set aside.

Roast pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame, poppy seeds, and dry coconut set aside.

Cook 350 grams of dates in 2 tbsp ghee until soft, mash into a paste.

Mix the dates with the roasted nuts and seeds.

Shape into laddus, enjoy for up to a month!
