Healthy Creamy Broccoli Soup Recipe

you need a broccoli, salt, butter, onion, flour, milk, dried oregano, fresh herbs,freshly crushed black pepper grated nutmug.

Ingredients

First, fill a saucepan with 3 cups of water and add in ¼ teaspoon of salt.

Heat The Water

When the water has reached a boil, turn off heat and add in the chopped 3.5 to 4 cups broccoli florets.

Add Broccoli

Heat 2 tbsp of butter in the same saucepan, After the butter has melted, add onion and garlic. Now, sauté the onions on low to medium-low heat.

Saute Aromatics

Add flour to the sautéd onion mixture..

Add Flour

Now add broccoli and cook, then blender to blend the soup until the texture is smooth.

Add Broccoli And Blend

Next, add hot milk, Now mix the soup thoroughly. Then add dried oregano, salt and freshly crushed black pepper.

Add Milk And Dry Ingredients

 Finally, pour the soup into individual serving bowls and garnish with broccoli florets.
