Healthy Anjeer Halwa - A Guilt-Free Delight

Ingredients 

10-12 dried figs, 1 cup milk (or almond milk), 1 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp chopped nuts, 1/2 tsp cardamom, 1 tbsp honey (optional).

Prepare Figs

Chop the dried figs into small pieces.

Soak Figs

Soak the chopped figs in water for about 10-15 minutes to soften.

Cook Halwa

Heat ghee in a pan. Add the soaked figs and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add Milk

Add milk to the pan. Stir well and cook until the mixture thickens.

Ready To Serve
