Lingkan Reang
Blend green chili and ginger into a smooth puree.
Whisk together yogurt, gram flour, and the chili-ginger puree, then add water and mix.
Heat oil in a kadai and add seasoning ingredients, let them sizzle.
Add the yogurt mixture to the kadai and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in salt and sugar, and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
