You need a 1 bowl of pasta, garlic, 1 green chili, black pepper, avocado, baby spinach, lemon and salt as per taste.
In a large pot, bring the 2-3 cups of water to a boil. Stir in the salt.
Add the 2 to 2 ½ cups of dry pasta to the water, and stir a few times to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain the excess water and keep it aside.
Put 1 large avocado pul1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 cup baby spinach, 1 green chili, salt, black pepper to taste, and ¼ cup water into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the avocado sauce to the al dente cooked pasta and toss until evenly coated with the dressing.
Mix the paste into the pasta well, ensuring the flavors are fully absorbed and enhanced.
Lastly, sprinkle some red chili flakes, grated parmesan cheese, if desired, and Serve it immediately or chill for an hour. Enjoy!
