1 cup digestive biscuits, 1/2 cup melted butter, 500g cream cheese,1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tbsp flour, 1 tsp vanilla essence.
Crush the biscuits and mix them with melted butter. Press this mixture into the base of your cheesecake pan.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add heavy cream and flour, mixing until combined.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the biscuit base. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 50-60 minutes until set.
Fry or heat ready-made Gulab Jamuns and soak them in warm sugar syrup.
