Guava Cheese Recipe You Must Try At Home

Ingredients 

1 ripe guava (peeled & chopped), 200g cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp vanilla, pinch of salt.

Prepare Guava Puree

Start by peeling and chopping the guava. Blend it into a smooth puree.

Cook Guava Puree

In a pan, cook the guava puree on low heat for about 10 minutes, adding sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir occasionally.

Combine Cheese Mixture

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Blend Guava & Cheese

Once the guava puree has cooled, gently mix it with the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
