200g paneer, 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt to taste.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a grill pan or regular pan over medium heat. You can also use skewers if grilling.
Place the marinated paneer cubes in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden and slightly crispy.
Garnish the paneer kebabs with fresh cilantro. Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges for a complete treat.
